Well as promised I am providing follow up product review of the Natures Bounty Hair, Skin, Nails vitamin gummies. First, these are amazing! I took two twice a day.. sometimes 3 twice a day. My nails were stubbs... Butter nubs! Well I am happy to report I can start buying nail polish again because my nails have grown and currently about an inch above my finger tips. Not only did I notice QUICK nail growth, but my skin has been clear, not a break out once! My hair just seems to shine more. I received this as a free sample from Smiley360. However, when my bottle was getting low I went out and bought another one. This is a new beauty staple for me. Also, if your worried about too sweet gummies, these are just right. Not too sweet but awesome strawberry flavor.
